If you’re not sure how to access your program, the first step is to figure out which type of course or class you purchased:
1. If You Purchased a Tasting Class (One-Time 90-Minute Class) #
- What it is:
A single-session 90-minute class (sometimes called a wine tasting or tasting class). - How to access:
- Check the ticket you received by email.
- Review the reminder email sent before the event.
- Follow the instructions provided to attend in-person at the scheduled date and time.
2. If You Purchased a Certification Course (Multi-Day Program) #
Certification courses are longer programs that meet over multiple days or an entire semester.
There are two types:
A. Online-Only Programs #
- What it is:
A fully online program taken through the National Wine School website: wineschool.us. - How to access:
- You should have received an email with login instructions within 5 minutes of purchase.
- If you did not receive the email:
- Check your spam or promotions folders.
- Some email providers (like Yahoo, Comcast, and others) may block or delay delivery.
- You can also go directly to wineschool.us and use the “Lost Password” feature to reset and access your account.
- An account is automatically created for you at the time of purchase, even if you have not logged in before.
- Important:
- Please ensure you entered your email address correctly at checkout.
- We recommend avoiding problematic free email services; a list of known issues can be found in our Knowledgebase.
B. In-Person Certification Programs #
- What it is:
An in-person program held at the Wine School of Philadelphia, with an online academic component hosted at the National Wine School. - How to access:
- You will receive an onboarding email with a link and password when your program begins.
- Follow the link to either log in or create an account at wineschool.us.
- On mobile, you may need to scroll down to find the “Create Account” button.
- Once logged in, your program will be automatically added to your dashboard.
- Important:
- Again, some email services may incorrectly filter or block onboarding emails.
- If you use a service known for delivery issues and cannot find your onboarding email, please check your spam folder first.
