If you register for an online wine course, the following will happen. The National Wine School (NWS) will email you within five minutes via email@example.com. If you do not get this email, your email provider very likely blocked the email. Please make sure you whitelist this email address.
The email notifies you that an account has been created for you at www.wineschool.us and gives you a link to create a password. If you lost the email or your email provider blocked it, do not worry. You can reset your password here: https://www.wineschool.us/sommelier-student-page/. Make sure you use the same email address you used when purchasing the online wine course.
Once you have access to your account, you will see your programs in your Student Account.
If you are having issues, post a support request here. Please do not post or email for assistance more than once, especially do not post support requests at both WSoP and NWS, as that will delay our ability to assist you. We typically respond to issues within a day, except for holidays and weekends.
