Put down that Wine Atlas, and grab some Japanese manga. In Kami no Shizuku (The Drops of God), two wine connoisseurs are the main characters, the 1855 Bordeaux classification is made simple, and a Chateau Mont Perat 2001 is compared to Queen. The series has taken Asia by storm, and now France. No word yet on when to expect an English translation, but with all the recent attention given it by the British and American press, I’m hoping soon. Read more here.
