French 75
1 ounce Gin
1/2 ounce fresh lemon juice
1/3 ounce whiskey sugar syrup
ice cubes
1 1/2 ounces sparkling wine

The drink was created in 1915 at the New York Bar in Paris. Felt like being shelled with the powerful French 75mm field gun

Winter Punch
Available Fruit, White Rum, Pineapple Juice, Habanero Shrub

Tuxedo #2
2 ounces Plymouth Gin
3/4 ounces Dolin Dry Vermouth
1/4 ounces Luxardo Maraschino
2 dashes Orange Bitters
absinthe rinse

The Tuxedo Cocktail comes from Harry Johnson’s Bartenders’ Manual of 1882. Swap out Dry Gin for Old Tom.
Highball
1 ounce Aged Rum
2 ounces Ginger Ale

New York bartender Patrick Duffy claimed to have invented it in 1895
Brown liquor and carbonated beverage.

Manhattan
2 ounces Bourbon
1 ounces sweet vermouth
2 dashes bitters

Originated between 1860 and 1870 in NYC.
