Brewing classes are held on October 12th and November 2nd from 12 to 5 p.m. Course fees do not include the brewing supplies fee of $50, payable on the first day of class.

In this brewing class,  you will learn how to brew great beer. Even better, you will be brewing your own beer. A  brewer-instructor will guide you through the process step by step: from brew to boil to bottle. By the end of the second day of class, you will be bottling your own hand-crafted beer.  And leaving with all the knowledge you need to start brewing at home.

This is the Beer School’s Level One Beer Brewing Program. This program includes brewing with specialty grains, extracts, and hops. Topics covered in class include Intro to Brewing, Fermentation 101, and Principles of Beer Styles.  This two-day program is the homebrewer’s bible: everything you need to know to brew beer at home from start to finish, including trade secrets to fermentation.

This program includes hands-on brewing and one-on-one instruction from our resident master brewer. You will learn the basics of building a home brewery, easy-to-understand brewing techniques, and the latest insights in the craft of brewing beer.
