Le Vigne is just north of the city of Paso Robles, below the western hills. They have a half dozen varietals planted on their small property, including Tannat and Sangiovese, it’s their Cabernet Sauvignon that is consistently worthwhile of your consideration. It brings the intense fleshiness that is typical of wines grown in this sector of Paso, but it also offers up classic varietal flavors, including pencil shavings and green pepper.
