This is one of those wines that come with a caveat: drink this now! It’s already hitting its peak, so don’t keep it around for more than a few months. However, it is delightful now. A southern Italian white with a mineral-honey-cardamon matrix of flavors. This is really special, with a Meyer lemon freshness that ripples under the stone and smokey mushroom flavors. Its age shows in the mid-palate with a spritz of orange oil and hazelnut.
