Ego Bodegas 2014 Marionette Jumilla

This is not the first time we’ve reviewed a wine from Bodegas Ego. They’ve been gracing us here in Philly with some seriously great wine over the last few years.  This bottle is their “go big or go home” wine. It’s a massive blueberry bomb with a wallop of fig newtons, drowned in a vat of creamy vanilla, and smacked around with a implosion of chocolate toast. Oh, and the finish gets a bit snappy with it’s cranberry sassiness.

Buy a case. This is the wine you want for Texas-style bbq.
