Keith Wallace, founder of the Wine School of Philadelphia and a board member of the National Wine School, is a respected wine educator and author. A UC Davis graduate in viticulture and enology, he overcame personal challenges, including epilepsy, to pursue his passion for wine. Wallace is renowned for his wine column in The Daily Beast and his book “Corked & Forked.” He established the Wine School of Philadelphia in 2001, later contributing to the creation of the National Wine School. His work emphasizes consumer rights and transparency in the wine trade.​
