This sommelier-led class isn’t about just any old bubbly: it’s all about Champagne. Attend this class, and you will have the rare opportunity to learn about the Champagne region and sample some great vintage and grand cru wines. It will make your holiday season truly shine!
We won’t bore you with the usual suspects. There are many wonderful Champagnes that are delightfully obscure. In this class, we unearth the rare gems of Champagne and uncork a world of sparkling wines you didn’t know existed. Say goodbye to Veuve Clicquot forever and say hello to a grand and great world of bubbles.

Here is a sample of some previous class tasting sheets of the wines selected. No class is alike, nor will any wines be replicated in a class. That means you could come to a Champagne and sparkling wine class every year and never taste the same wine twice! Sometimes we include a few bottles of bubbles from outside the Champagne region. The structure of the class depends on the sommelier-instructor.
