Sundays, April 11th to June 6th from 2 pm – 6:30 pm. There will be no class on Mother’s Day.
Level One Certification is available at 50% off when purchasing the Core Wine Program with Certification. The option will be available as a gift certificate during checkout. Level One is NOT mandatory to earn your Core Wine Certification.

In the Foundation portion of the program, students will learn the techniques and master the knowledge needed to become extraordinary wine tasters. Graduates are able to identify major wine varietals in a blind tasting: a major feat for any wine professional.
In the Intermediate section, students learn about the intricacies of the ever-expanding world of wine. Included in the program is the chance to master the wine styles, climates, and varietals of all the major wine-producing countries.
If you are interested in attending this program online, you can do so. Just select the correct ticket (Online Core Program) and you will be able to attend the semester virtually. There are many benefits to attending this program via the National Wine School Virtual Classroom. Online students save an average of $400 and have access to an online sommelier tutor during class. Online students must supply their own wines for the program, but receive our patent-pending sensory kit.

The Essential Wine Course
The Core Wine Course is the ultimate program for any aspiring somm, winemaker, or wine enthusiast. It includes sections on viniculture and viticulture, Old World and New World wines, blind tasting, and sensory training.
For each wine region, the program covers the essential history, important varieties, and a tasting of important wine styles.
