What is the greatest invention in human history? The pyramids? The Suez canal? The space shuttle? The remote control? We’d argue it was cognac. The distillation of wine, the perfect moment of the Enlightenment: the idea of human rights and cognac were literally distilled at the same moment in history.
The current moment in time is devoted to whiskey, but if you jump back in time to the 80’s and 90’s, then it was Cognac that was king. Cocaine may never be trendy again, but Cognac is one of the greatest drinks you will ever enjoy.
We think the future is Rum and Cognac. But what do we know? We’re just the people who knew that Bourbon would beat Scotch in sales in 2017. So, you know. We are just a bunch of Philly rubes. Those NYC boys are so much smarter than us.
