This sommelier-led class isn’t about the usual suspects; it’s a deep dive into the artistry of Champagne. From vintage and grand cru treasures to delightfully obscure grower-producers, we’ll unearth bottles that rarely leave France. Along the way, you’ll learn the region’s history, terroir, and traditions while tasting sparkling wines that redefine celebration. Small class sizes, rare pours, and insider storytelling make this the Champagne experience that will change the way you think about bubbles forever.

Here is a sample of some previous class tasting sheets of the wines selected. No class is alike, nor will any wines be replicated in a class. That means you could come to a Champagne and sparkling wine class every year and never taste the same wine twice! Sometimes we include a few bottles of bubbles from outside the Champagne region. The structure of the class depends on the sommelier-instructor.
