This sounds just the thing for me. I can’t wait to buy a btolte. I love that you haven’t just stuck to reviewing top end wines as this means I can afford to take a chance on something that won’t break the bank.I love Captain Jack, so don’t mind the nautical prose!

I love to cook with wine and this one is perfectly balanced and affordable enough to keep on hand. Gives a great richness to a beef dish and is a nice background flavor in a ragu.
