These pairings are recommendations, not rules: great Champagne is remarkably versatile, and most high-quality bottles will work beautifully across the entire menu. This is a BYO event, so we suggest bringing one bottle for every two guests, with the understanding that sharing is part of the evening’s spirit. That said, if someone chooses not to bring a solid bottle, other guests are under no obligation to compensate for that decision. You’ll have your own table for dinner, but you’re encouraged to circulate, taste broadly, and enjoy the range of wines being opened throughout the night. Groups larger than two will not be seated.
