As long as we’ve taught whisky classes, we’ve collected intriguing bottles of Scotch and a few Irish Whisky. It is now a decade later, and our collection of Scotch has gotten to a point it’s time to start offering a full-on seminar on UK whisky. This class focuses on the smaller, independent distillers and bottlers. We will explore classic styles and survey the history of these storied spirits.
