This wine class explains four key principles to help participants identify their personal wine preferences. Based on a decade of research, including studies by the Monell Chemical Senses Center, the session guides attendees through structured tastings that illustrate how to select wines that match their taste. Rather than requiring knowledge of every grape, region, or flavor, the class uses tools such as the Wine Style Chart to simplify the decision-making process. Participants learn a practical approach to making informed wine purchases and reducing the risk of disappointment when choosing a bottle.
