Cabernet Sauvignon is the reason a few of us at the Wine School get up in the morning, and we are not ashamed to admit it.

From Bordeaux to Napa Valley to the Super Tuscans of Italy, the complexity and depth of this single varietal have changed the wine world many times over. Tonight we showcase examples that rank among the best of the best, making this one unforgettable evening of luxurious wines.

In this class, we pull out some of our favorite Cabernet wines, and that includes some Bordeaux blends. We also will be featuring a luxury selection from Cab’s family tree. After two hours, you’ll know more about Cabernet, it’s origins, and it’s future than most Sommeliers.
