Beer Brewing Program, Level Two (Spring)

Saturdays, May 15th and June 5th. The Level Two Brewing Program is a critical step toward becoming a master homebrewer. In this program, the student learns to develop beer recipes and brew all-grain beers.
Course fees do not include the brewing supplies fee of $50, payable first day of class.
Level Two Brewing
- Hands-on All-Grain Brewing. Learn to brew like the big dogs.
- Understanding Gravity & pH. Develop the essential lab skills every brewer uses.
- Conversion and Mash Science. Learn how to make a perfect beer every time.
- Recipe Building 101. Master the basics of developing a beer recipe.
