The Sommelier Smackdown
We bring the top sommeliers in the city to the wine school, including Christopher Tassan of Le Bec-Fin and Eric Simonis of Lacroix. Their challenge: to create the best food & wine tasting possible.
Only one problem, they are competing against the Wine School's top wine gurus. Who wins the smackdown? Your the judge!
Regional Food & Wine Pairing Classes
Offering insight into the cusines of many cultures, these food & wine classes are popular with most of our students. We also now offer cooking classes, too!
