I wanted to spill the tea about a few of our upcoming Advanced courses that I am excited about.

Our Wine Instructor program this summer? It's the heart and soul of what we do. It's an open secret that this program is necessary if you're serious about making your mark in the wine world.

Then there's the Winemaker course, a deep dive that's not just about sitting through eight classes. It's packed with these one-on-one sessions that let you get your hands dirty, splitting your time between the nitty-gritty of crush and fermentation in the first half and then getting into the art of blending and bottling in the second.

And we've got something new on the blockᅳthe Scholar of Ancient Wine course. It's the official history class by the National Wine School, but with a twist: think natural winemaking, off-the-beaten-track wines, and exploring wine regions that are way out of the ordinary.

It takes us about four years to get our hands on the rare wines we need for this class, so this is your one shot for a good long time.
