This Thursday at 9 a.m. we’re on Positively Philly on PHL17 (CW) with a mini tasting that shows how two very different palates can both be “right” — and how you can figure out what you actually like.

If you’re ready to turn that into a skill, the Core Sommelier Program is our rigorous, in-person foundation for real fluency: tasting method, clear language, and the confidence to choose wine without guessing. Runs Sundays, April 12–June 7 (no class on Mother’s Day).
