Big News #1
In our move toward college-level accreditation, we are enhancing our Advanced and Master's programs. This is a fantastic development for our students. Several of our programs have been nationally elevated to required courses for the Master in Wine certification.
Many of our programs now count towards the Advanced Sommelier and Master-level certification! This includes the upcoming Wine Instructor Certification and the Advanced Winemaker Certification program.
FYI, we strongly recommend taking the Wine Instructor Certification Program this year. We may be teaching the program in California instead of Philadelphia next summer, so the earliest you could earn your MiW pin is 2024-5. Unfortunately, only a few seats remain for this essential course.
Big News #2
Along with the new master's program, we have introduced the Essential Master in Wine™ Certification. This semester-long course is designed to impart knowledge of the world's very best wines and wine regions, which every Master-level candidate must know. It is a required course for the MiW pin but can be taken towards the Advanced program.
