Crush, ferment, age, bottle. This hands-on program is a cornerstone of wine knowledge. If you’ve never made wine, your education isn’t complete. Link.

From classic Rioja to volcanic Canary Island wines, this course offers a complete view of Spain’s wine landscape, native grapes, and terroirs. Link.

🍷 Food & Wine Scholar
Eight weeks of hands-on pairing labs, structural flavor theory, and practical tools that take the guesswork out of matching wine and food. Link.

A regional deep dive into the AVAs, producers, and grape varieties shaping American wine today—from Walla Walla to the Finger Lakes. Link.

 

All programs count toward your Advanced or Master certification. Space is limited, and some programs are already filling up.
