This is one of my favorite programs, and it’s even better this year. A new federal ruling now allows us to offer in-class distillation, expanding what we can teach. The National Wine School just released this brand-new program! Like many of our advanced offerings, it’s a complex but incredibly rewarding course. By request, it’s scheduled for Saturdays at 4:30 p.m. Reserve your spot.
