BYOB Dinner – Limited Spots Available!

Join me for our annual BYOB dinner at the school! This year, I’m cooking up a French-Sichuan fusion menu with Dan Dan Noodles, Five-Spice Lamb Shanks, and Soya-Vanilla Ice Cream for dessert. Spanish Wine Club: If you’re looking to dive into the wines of the Iberian Peninsula, we’ve got our Spanish Wine Club event coming up in December. I highly recommend this one for anyone wanting to explore Spain’s diverse wine regions. $10/member. LINK

 

New RSVP Policy for First Friday Events: We’re now asking members to RSVP to our First Friday events. It’s just a formality, but those who RSVP will get VIP access, so it’s worth it! LINK

 

Wine & Cheese Event Postponed: Unfortunately, we need to postpone the Wine & Cheese event. Our Advanced Winemaking program hit a bit of a crisis, and the grape delivery is happening at the same time. We’ll reach out to everyone who signed up directly, but I hope you understand—after all, you’re not only members but students, too! If you still want to come hang out during the crush, you’re welcome, but fair warning—you might end up putting in a little work!

 

Winemaker’s Co-Op Panel Tasting & Discussion: I’m excited to be hosting this year’s Panel Tasting & Discussion for the Winemaker’s Co-Op in New Jersey, featuring top local wineries like Working Dog, Unionville, and William Heritage. Tickets are $100, but for my members, you can get $10 off with the code WSP.
