      Hello,

I’ve tried five times to use a gift certificate I was given and it’s telling me the code is not valid. I was under the impression that gift certificates don’t expire. Can you help?

      Hi,

It sounds like you might be using the order number, not the code.

Please let me know the last name of the purchaser and when you received it, and I will take a look for you.

      Thanks!

      Also,

Please check “Set at Private Reply” when giving us information. If you give us the gift code you are using, as well as who purchased it, we can usually figure out what went wrong.

I am having the same problem with a gift certificate that was purchased last February. The gift certificate only has one code on it. The person who gave it to me also forwarded me the email she received.

OK, I’m happy to help. The gift code is an alphanumeric code. The purchaser can find it by looking in their online account at http://www.vinology.com.

Alternatively, you can give me the name of the purchaser and I’ll look it up for you, or respond to this post with the code in the “private” reply section.

      Jen,

The code you are using is almost correct. The actual code is the part that starts with “jdan” and ends with “42”

      Cheers,

      Keith

I found the issue and fixed it. The code you supplied now works correctly

      Cheers,
