      There is no longer a section for private information so I will not be including the gift certificate number this time. However you still have it on file from our previous conversations. Over several weeks I have reached out multiple times. Initially asking for help and then, when you refused to provide assistance, asking for a refund repeatedly with you refusing to issue one. If needed I will gladly provide the screenshots of all the previous messages. However you deleted the last response you made to me along with the previous forum before I could read it and tonight when I stopped by during your posted business hours I was told to leave and threatened with police action (though I was respectful and did not raise my voice or make demands. Simply asking to speak to someone about this prolonged issue, something which an entire group of people who were there can attest). Please issue my refund by Friday otherwise I will reach out to the better business bureau.
