This was our first class and what a pleasure! Keith brings vast knowledge of wine, regions, history and how to approach your palate with enthusiasm and passion, tossed with great humor. As a beginner there was no intimidation, the class lent itself to explore your tastes while understanding the different complexes within the Rhône region. Looking forward to another class in the future. So fun ! Thanks Keith

First class at the wine school. Keith did a great job weaving together history, geography, science and of course an education and appreciation of wine. The wine we tasted was expertly chosen so we could actually learn the nuances in wine being described. Definitely left knowing more about my own tastes and how to appreciate wine more. Hope to come back! Keith is a gem and we’re lucky to have him in Philly.
Took my first tasting class here - France vs Italy. It was really great and I cannot wait to go back for more. Approachable, informative, fun and delicious! I highly recommend to anyone curious to learn about (and enjoy) wine!
Greetings and appreciation for the insightful session on the Barolo wine region and the diverse tastings. The tastings were genuinely educational, and your cheerful anecdotes and explanations were valued. I am eagerly looking forward to more classes with you in the future. As a suggestion, having bottled water on hand might be beneficial, as I didn't think to bring any.
