Hello! I contacted you originally about a gift card code not working, and I was told to check with the account that purchased the card. Both codes are the same and neither are working! Please advise so I can purchase tickets before they sell out. Thank you!

I now have the email you sent to the purchaser. The email states: “To redeem your gift use the following code during checkout” followed by the exact code that I have been trying to type into your promo code section during checkout. It still has not worked. If you would like for me to forward you the email you sent, I’d be happy to. Please let me know how to proceed.

  • You have two options. You can post another question: there is a space for private information. Drop the gift code in that spot. Please be aware that people are using gift certificates at least 10 times a day and we have not had another report of issues. The issue is probably a transcription error. The second option (which is the one I suggest trying) is copying and pasting the code directly when going through checkout.

The code is a 8-13 digit alphanumeric code sent in a separate email to the purchaser. You may be entering the order number instead.

If you’re not sure, the purchaser will have the gift code stored in their online account at https://www.vinology.com/account/

It will be listed under both “Orders” and “Coupons”
