why can't I reschedule? WE have insured tickets! and an being told there is no record everytime I try to reschedule

I have provided both ticket ID and security codes. I do have insurance for 2 tics for FEb 7

You say you don’t have a record of the purchaser? It was our daughter…either Meredith Lowry or Meredith Press….She hasn’t switched over to her married name yet so it could be either…But she is the purchaser.
