why can't I reschedule? WE have insured tickets! and an being told there is no record everytime I try to reschedule

Please help! I have tried to reschedule many times and am being told via email that there is no order. yet I have documentation of 2 insured tickets on Feb. 7.

I need to reschedule. Thank you.

I understand the concern, but you’ve issued a number of rescht requests and we’ve responded by telling you we have no record of the purchaser.

Is it possible that the tickets were purchased by someone else?
