Greetings of the Day..!

Wine making is definitely the career I want to pursue and explore. My unique mixture of previous work experiences and status as a ‘Winemaker’ & ‘Post Graduate Diploma in Fermentation, Distillery & Wine Technology’ Student makes me an ideal candidate.

I found the course interesting and have also learned a lot from the assignments on which I have worked to add value the wine industry. Viticulture, Science of grapes and wine, Wine quality assessment, Winery equipments and structures and Wine science were my major subjects of interest. In my Course & as a Winemaker’ in La Bela Wines Pvt. Ltd. I have done all the Viticulture practices in the Vineyard , Production/QC-Winery Operation, Social Marketing and prepared wine from Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Zinfandel Rose, Chenin Blanc, Sauvignon Blanc grapes. I have also worked on all equipment’s and I have done all the winery work right from cleaning the tanks to testing the wines, as its very much needed to know ourselves and teach our fellow workers regarding the importance of sanitisation and hygiene in the Industry.

During this course, I had also submitted a project on ‘Strawberry Wine’ and has done Date wine Under Guidance of Renowned Winemaker Miss. Priyanka Gupta on a lab scale. The wine made was well appreciated by everyone in my faculty. After this trial on Date wine, and continuous dedicated work on the Project , first winery in Rajasthan (State in India) has been established.
I was lucky enough to get a vintage position at Deccan Plateau Vineyard gain some knowledge about New World Wines. I mainly dealt with Vintage Cellar Hand – All site operations, Vineyard operations, Sampling, Bottling, Labelling, Wine Blending.

My excellent experience and knowledge has given me confidence to ensure the quality production of different Wine varietals. I have in-depth knowledge of the wine making and consumer that will allow me to make well-informed production decisions will help out to the company through astute observation, diligent market insight, and a strong work ethic.

I’m a quick learner, very hard working & self-motivating person & I would love to work in such hard working environment. Here in crushing period I work 15 to 18 hours in a day. Now I am handling all the department of current winery from crushing to bottling.

It will be very kind of you to give me an opportunity to take a professional Wine Course so that I can start my carrier. I will give my best for the development of organization.
