Where is the reimbursement code for my other ticket?


I purchased two tickets to the sommelier secrets class on 1/6/2018 with ticket insurance. I had to cancel the class and request a reimbursement code. I have only received a reimbursement code for $62, so one ticket. Please advise on the other tickets code. Additionally these tickets were a gift to my parents, so how can I ensure that they will be able to use them under my name. I also purchased the sommelier tasting kits with the tickets, will they still get these with a different class?

Hi Rachael,

My apologies for the oversight. I’ve updated the reschedule code sent previously so it reflects the right amount.

Your parents can purchase the seats under their own names, but will use the code provided to you.

There is a field on the checkout page to provide additional information. This is where they can let us know they are owed tasting kits (without having to purchase the Premium tickets).
