I have two questions actually, I was going to purchase the Wine Foundation Course (Fall Semester) this afternoon but it has sold out, I looked last night and there was still a few seats left but I waited until this morning and lost my chance unfortunately! I was wondering if there was a wait list for this program or would my best bet be to wait until the next semester? If that is the case, how early would I be able to purchase this program for the Spring semester… I noticed the calendar was not updated past January yet, and I would like to do that as soon as possible.

My other option would be to sign up for the Core Wine Program this Fall, but my concern is that I have a bit of wine knowledge ( I work in the restaurant industry), but is this a very fast moving class? I just would not want to get too overwhelmed.

Thank you in advance for your response, I can’t believe I missed it by a few hours!

I’m sorry to hear that! The Fall classes have been filling up in record time.

The Core program (Foundation and Intermediate) is an intensive program that can be overwhelming for students new to the Wine School. However, many – especially folks in the food and beverage industry – find it very helpful to do this track for the sake of expediency, and there’s cost savings, too.

On the other hand, I can add you to the Fall waitlist and be in touch if anything opens up. We will probably be posting the dates for the Winter program by the end of September.

We look forward to seeing you here at the Wine School soon!
