Using store credit to rebook my boss

I am trying to rebook my boss and her husband, Lindy Snider and Larry Kaiser, into the April Sommelier Smackdown. Your website is not allowing me to use the credit / gift card we rec’d from last night…..they could not attend last nigh because Lindy had surgery the day before. It is saying it is not mine. I was the one that originally ordered the tix but they are in Lindy Snider’s name. HELP!

Michele,

We sent you a credit for $150 beginning with the letters “mishl” several weeks ago. When you bought seats to the 5/20 class, you did not enter the code into the field that asks for a coupon.

If you wanted to reschedule, why didn’t you use the code to get the discount? It automatically applies to the purchase price.

If we issue a refund, then it will cancel out the purchase as well. Please let me know what you’d like to do here.
