Upcoming Class Reschedule

Good Morning,

My wife and I are currently registered this weekend for the Wine 101 class. Unfortunately, we learned late last night there are circumstances now that could prevent my wife and I’s attendance.

For background purposes, I had previously tried to book seats within a January class after viewing multiple class pages and it ultimately provided my with tickets for this class. At the time you offered to cancel the tickets, but I elected to keep them at that time.

Is there any possibility of shifting our tickets to a class on a later date?

    On the 14th, I upgraded our tickets to now have insurance, paid to have it expedited since it was within 2 weeks, and cancelled the class for this weekend, However, I haven’t received anything from your team in regards to a confirmation, or a redemption code. I do see the charge hitting my bank though on the 14th. Can you confirm that you have everything needed on your end and when I might expect to see the code/certification to reschedule?

  • Ryan, yes. Once you upgraded your tickets, your fine. The reshedule codes go out typically day of.

  • Thank you for the quick response Keith. If I should get the tickets the day of the cancellation should I be concerned? I’ve checked both my email and the junk folder and I don’t appear to have the code. I appreciate the help

  • As long as the upgrade comes in before the class –which it did– you are fine. There is sometimes a backlog with sending out the codes, as it’s all done manually.

Ryan,

You should have gotten two codes. The first one was sent automatically, and you should have gotten that 10 minutes after you upgraded. The second code was sent this week, which would be the value of what you originally paid for the two tickets. If you didn’t get that second code, please check your spam/bulk mail.

    I actually received the code that was sent this past week but received nothing following my upgrade. I’ve checked my spam/junk folder several times over the past week and have not received the original code. Could you please have the additional code resent to me? Thanks for your help

    Thank you for your follow up! I have received one code, but haven’t seen a code for the second ticket that had been purchased and subsequently upgraded. Could you resend that one as well?
