However, it wasn’t clear to me when I went to my account, as the link in the e-mail directed, to find my “dashboard,” where I can change the password. Where would I look?
Also, the purchase we made was done with a gift certificate that wasn’t entirely used up. Correct to assume that the unused amount of the certificate will remain on my account to be used for future courses. If so, how would we access it? I’m thinking that we’d simply input the number of the gift certificate. Is that the correct procedure?
