Good Morning,

I submitted an inquiry on August 25th, 2016 & have yet to receive anything other than an automated response. I received two tickets to the March 17th Wine 101 class as a gift but was unable to attend the class. I had reached out looking for details and to see if it was possible to reschedule, but I have received no response. I would be more than happy to provide the ticket number and any other information that may be needed.

If someone could please reach out to help rectify, I would greatly appreciate it.

Hi Keith,

Thank you for the response. I did not submit a reschedule request prior to the class, and unfortunately I am unsure if the purchaser opted for the ticket insurance. Is there anyway to verify? I still have the original certificate.

    With insurance, you would need to reschedule prior to the start of class. I did look up the order, and the purchaser did not opt for insurance, so that point is moot.
