I have submitted multiple requests to reschedule a class and have not gotten any responses from your institution!!
Can someone please help me?? I purchased insurance for the Beer America class this Friday and can no longer attend.
I WOULD like to re-schedule the class to a later date.

We received your reschedule request; however, there are two separate orders under your name, and in each case only one of the tickets was purchased with the ticket insurance.
