Trying to replace tickets from March 25, 2105

Hi, my name is Tracey Hagan. My friend Dana Srodes bought my husband and i tickets to the Sommelier Smackdown for Christmas last year, but we were unable to make the date she selected on March 25, 2015. I canceled but have never rescheduled. I am sure that you sent me an email but I can’t find it. Is it too late to sign up again? Or have our ticket expired? My phone number is 215-901-**** if it’s easier to discuss on the phone rather than email.

The ticket# noted is 94028, and the Security Code is 6ca6a23dce.
The second ticket # was 94029, and the code is e5915110b5.

This is driving me nuts. I don’t see an answer to my inquiries. Can’t you just email me directly or call me so I can sort this out without further annoyance?

I have a copy of my ticket and it says 3/25. Can I fax or email it to you. I did definitely get an email that indicated I successfully canceled.

  • Tracey,The class was on March 23rd. However, it looks like the giftee transcribed the class incorrectly. That does happen sometimes. This looks like an innocent mistake on her part. You’ll be getting an email from Phil in a few minutes.

I have been looking into this order. On March 24th, you requested a reschedule for a Sommelier Smackdown on the 25th. However, there was no class on that date.

You were not sent a reschedule code for that reason, I believe. I took a look further, and your friend Dana had registered you for a class on the 23rd. You had already missed the class by the time you sent in the reschedule request.

Did your friend relay the correct time and date to you?

I still have not resolved the issue. I canceled the class back in March but cannot find the email with the confirmation. Can you help?

Tracey,

If you had premium tickets (aka ticket insurance) and you requested to reschedule the class, then you would have been sent a reschedule code to sign up for a new class.

Did I read your commment correctly and you sent in a reschedule request? If so, did you use the email you supplied us with when posting this question?

If so, then I can look that up and resend you the code right away. The code never expires, so you can sign up for a class now or whenever.
