Trying to rebook a class that I have a reschedule code for. The code is not being accepted during check out.

Hi Keith,
Can’t seem to reschedule for a future class (Bourbon- November 22). I am using the code you sent me in an email from the January 25th rescheduled class. Please advise. Thank you so much,
