I’d love to sign up for the 101 class; I tried to add it and the book to my shopping cart but the total still only shows up as the cost of the book-the class will not seem to add but apparently is recognized as I receive a prompt for ticket insurance.
Please advise when you can.

- Customer support is on vacation this week, and will get back to you asap. That said, I did check and everything is working. It may be that someone purchased the tickets ahead of you, or you were on an insecure connection.
