Trying to book classes but when i try to complete form i get an error since i already have an account

i have a few gift certificates i get thru the form and ready to check out but it says i have an email already and when i try to log in and then book i only see courses and not classes. im trying to use both certificates i have and book four spots on october 12th.

Kathy,

Let’s unpack this, as it seems you have several issues.

  1. if you have an account, and do not remember your password, you can reset it by going to “My Account” under the “Help” menu.

  2. All available two hour classes are shown on the front page, currently up through October.

  3. Gift certificates sometimes cannot be stacked. Depending on when the gift certificate was purchased, you may only be able to use one per order.
