Trouble recieving tickets (only order #)

I just made an order for two tickets for 7/25/15 (wine 101 class) but I have not received the tickets in my email. I did however receive a confirmation email and an order number (#110282). I have checked my spam as well but still cannot locate the email. Is there any way you can resend the email or is the order # all that is needed for admission to the class?
Please advise.

Thanks for your order. I’m happy to help; however the order number you provided is for a different purchaser. The class is the July 25th Wine 101. Is this the class you are referring to? If so, I can have the tickets resent to that purchaser.

As far as tickets go, once you have received email confirmation of your purchase you do not actually need a ticket to enter the class. The purchaser’s name is automatically added to the roster. The instructor takes roll at the beginning of class, and that’s all that’s needed to check in.
