Trouble purchasing Gift Certificates on your website!

Hi,
I am having trouble ordering gift certificates on your website. After completing the purchase, the confirmation comes up as $0.00 purchase and I have not received email confirmations with the gift code. I have tried twice to no avail and I have checked my spam folder with nothing from your site.

I am a registered user on your site. Please call or email me to help me complete this process. This is a Christmas Gift I am trying to complete. Thank you in advance!

I just checked the bank, and neither of your purchases were completed. The error code we see on our side is “CVV2/CID/CVC2 Data not Verified” which means that 3 or 4 digit code on the back of your card wasn’t entered correctly.
