Trouble accessing my wine course and student customer support

Hello, the link for both my wine course and student customer support are not working. Prior to this morning, I’ve been able to access the materials without any issues. FYI, I’m using Google Chrome as my browser. Thanks, A

  • Hi Keith….the URLs are working correctly for my wine courses/student customer support. However, it’s saying I need to register to view the course materials and don’t have access. Please help when you have a moment. Thank you!

I’m having the same experience, with Safari 10.0.1 and Firefox 56.0 on MacOS 10.12.1. But I downloaded some of the pdfs last week, and the link to the quiz – at least the link to the France quiz – works. Thanks.

Whew. Thank you for the succinct and exact description of the problem. I wish everyone could describe problems in this way. I am teaching a brewing program today, so I won’t have the bandwidth to problem solve the issue before class tomorrow.

That said, you’ve given me what I need to solve the issue for you and a few other folks.

Well.. back to teaching 14 young brewers how to make an Imperial Chocolate IPA.
