Trouble accessing course material

When I log onto my account I have no access to any course materials. From talking with the other students, I realized I’m supposed to see tests and other files/information and I can’t seem to find it. Please help? My e-mail address is in the “private information” box so you can access my file easier and let me know if this is user-based error or something that needs to be corrected on the system end. Thank you in advance!

Josh,

I’ve confirmed you have access to the course material. Please make sure you do the following, and in this order:

  1. log out
  2. clear your browsers internet cache
  3. Go here: //www.vinology.com/account/
  4. log in with your gmail account
  5. click on “Wine Courses”

Once you’ve done that, please report back here.
