Who can I contact regarding receiving a refund for two tickets purchased for January 24th, 8 Beers to Try before you die. I’ve tried calling the school, but I only reach the automated messages.

Hi Gina,

You’ve found the right place for customer support.

With our tickets, we offer the option to reschedule if the ticketholder selected the premium upgrade during checkout. If not, the tickets are freely transferable (so can be given away or sold without our approval) but are not refundable.

I checked the roster, and your tickets are not able to be rescheduled. So, they can be given away or sold. The person attending in your place will simply check in under your last name.
