Ticket Number Error

Hello-I registered for the “Discover Your Wine Style” on October 17, not realizing that you are supposed to be able to register for more than one ticket at a time. There was no explanation of this, so I purchased the single ticket, thinking that I would have to do a separate transaction to get a second ticket- then I found out that the class was sold out. Is it possible to get a refund because there was no explanation of this anywhere, or if possible receive a merchandise credit to use toward another class? I emailed the help support a few weeks ago and still haven’t heard back. Please help! Thank you!
